Inconsistent Header/Menu Spacing in Transparent mode while scrolling

Hi folks,

I bought the template last week and I gotta say, I'm impressed so far! I have come across a glitch though that I was hoping you can help me resolve.

Currently I'm using the Employment template with a transparent header with a sticky menu when you scroll down. After scrolling down then back up, the menu will occasionally appear as though its pushed down. I think this has to do with how fast you scroll up.

After inspecting it, I discovered a 32px top positioning on the Top_bar div. I could not replicate this issue on your demos that are hosted on your site that use the same header style.

I updated the template to the latest version but the issue still remains. Here's a screenshot [Links visible only for registered users] to show you what I'm talking about.

I can't seem to delete this post so I figured I'd update with a reply. This issue seems only present when logged in. It probably has to do with the WP admin bar.
