Robust Tabs

I am trying to mimic this page in Be|Theme: https://www.carbondesignsystem.com/components/accordion/usage

It seems that without a lot of coding, the normal Tab item won't work because it would mean I have to code every single element. In an ideal world, I could create a secondary navigation on the page where each page in the secondary nav would have the robust capabilities of the Muffin Builder. Is there a better strategy in Be|Theme to create a page like the one above?

sorry but this will not be possible. You can choose a different menu for this particular page, just edit the page and scroll down to page options where you will see a menu dropdown.

We do not have any other options.
