I don't have a option install plugins in my Betheme Options

Hello, I updated a old one version of Betheme to the last one today. But now I don't have a menu option to Install Plugins in my Betheme Options page. And if I have try to access the link (wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-plugins), I got something like "You don't have permissions...".

Can you help me?

    Hey,
    if you do not have permission then please make sure your do have admin rights in your account.
    Also please disable all of your current plugins, they might be outdated.
    Make sure that your php version is 7.0 or higher.
