Does Betheme support google review and chat wordpress plugins?
If yes then can you please provide me a links which plugins is the best for Betheme.

Sorry, but we did not test 'google review plugin' and 'chat wordpress plugin' with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
