image in widget background?

i have an image placed in the widget before background area but for some reason it will not work with top right css, only top left?

It does not work because if you will have a look in lower section, you notice sidebar is 1500px width because of those lines in sidebar. That's why it does not work as you want.

Something I did or the way the theme is?

I set no sidebar lines in theme settings.

Is their a way to correct? I also tried setting the width to 100%

This is how theme was created. This lines feature is available as default. If you know how, then you can modify it.
