Troubles with theme on stage site

Hello There,

my real website had malware issues so i am trying to create a new one,

but meanwhile i am trying to give the code to activate the theme on stage area it says to please deregister the purchase code and remove theme folder from site .

i have did that , however i am getting same error again,

i cannot delete the website cuz i need to copy the content to new one.

what should i do ?
