sidebar size and float sidebar

How to change vertical sidebar size and reduce it from below to get result as on picture : https://prnt.sc/njhv9e. 

Now on it looks like here http://td.m9.by/home-1/ based on demo https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/transfer/ and has full height. 

What about float sidebar for this theme?

I do not understand your first question, can you explain?

Unfortunately, BeTheme does not have functionality to create float sidebar.

But, you can use the sidebar as an item from Muffin Builder.

After creating and including widgets into sidebar, you can use "Sidebar Widget" item.

There you can select which custom sidebar you want to display.

I mean I would like to get sidebar as here: https://www.kaeser.com/int-en/products/ (left sidebar).

But I can't catch your class and change it color and min-height: 2169px.

The min height is calculated using JS and we cannot change that. You woul have to edit the theme files.You will change the background color with this css
