Action Button background color

I can't find where to change the color of action button in the header. Can that be done in theme options? If not, only css? If css only, what is css?

Actually I was able to change it by seting the color in Theme Options > Colors > Content > Theme Color

Perhaps you were saying the CSS is required if I only wanted to change the button color, but nothing else, since Theme Color changes more items than just the Action Button.

With the latest version we introduced the button builder, so colors of them can be changed in the Theme Options > Global > Buttons
