Update fails

Hey, 

I've tried to update the plugin but the following error message pops up:

"An error occurred while updating Slider Revolution: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

Also the sliders that are in use just disappeared.

Would be great to get some help!

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

Hey, 

I've never used that key on a different domain. 

And until yesterday it worked perfectly fine. Suddenly it stopped.

The theme itself says it's registered with that key. 

Through that link you've sent me I get the following message:

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

I've deleted Slider Revolution now, but also can't install it again. 

Is there anything else i can do?

What will happen if I deregister and register it again on the same domain with the same key?

As an addition: 

I can install other plugins like the Force Regenerate Thumbnails

Just deregister and register the license key on the same domain, then disable all of the plugins and try to install the Slider Revolution like 3-4 times.
