Is it possible to make the footer call to action container 100%?

Hi

I have to questions. 

• Is it possible to make the call to action container 100% I wish to put a hr line that goes streches from edge to edge on the screen. 
• Is it possbiel to put a hr line in the widget area that seperates two rows of widgets? Using 1/5 + 1/5 +1/5 + 1/5 +1/5 layout. So I would like five widgets in a row, then a line and then a new row of widgets. If possible, I don't see any containers for this.

Hi,

It's possible to make it full width, but only to limitation of grid width (1920px).

You can increase it in Theme Options > Global > General

Unfortunately, you are limited to widgets tabs of footer, it's not possible to create another row.

Appearance > Widgets, you can use only the "Footer #1 -> #5"

Of course, you can use the "Custom HTML" widget, which allow you to use HTML, so you can build structure which will look like there is another row.
