Revolution Slider - Firefox and IE

When I published the slider, it works a few days. Then he began a bug in Firefox and IE.
Google Chrome and mobile works well.

What could be wrong?

    check js console and see if you have any bugs there. This could be related with some errors or bugs on website.

    Then you should contact with your website developer if you don't know coding. We checked your website already and we do not see anything wrong in console or css so this must be on slider side or maybe it's related with one of your plugins or additional tools. Please deactivate them and if this won't help, then please take a look into your code and check html errors which are not related with theme of course.

    But this problem is not related with theme so how can we help? If problem will be related with theme them we'll be able to find the reason of the problem. But when it's not theme issue, we can't help. Sorry.
