How to achieve the look of the demo detailing 3

HI Guys

I was wondering if we could ask how the home page main image was created. The demo Detailing 3 has a worker polishing the car and we love the blueish effect of the image.

We are wondering if any photoshop files exist of this image? If so would it be possible to replace the original  background layer with our image?

Or is there a plugin or effect to achieve this look. We think the image is top quality and would like to achieve as nearest the look of detailing 3 as we can. Any advice ouwld be greatly appreciated.
