Hi,

For this purposes, we created the "Action Bar" feature.

You can enable it in the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar

Fill these fields and enable it by turning it on.

unfortunately, the css under theme options does not work. Once I realized to put it on the appearance-customize page it worked.

Also, about creating a bar behind the menu (behind, you mean above?), then you should do what I told you in my previous reply (Action Bar)

Sorry but this is not possible. You can only change the color for the whole header, not for individual elements.
