Hi,

we removed access from this section because it's public section where those kind of details can't be displayed. If muffin options does not work, means you don't have enough memory on server side. Please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/4686/the-links-on-theme-options-page-are-not-working where this was explained.
