Problems loading pre built themes

Hi,
Every time I try to load a pre built theme, it gives me an error saying that "we are having technical difficulties" also after that, the BeTheme Pluging De-Register.
Please Help, I try everything, even un installing wordpress and installing everything from scratch!

EDIT:
I figure it out, for some weird reason, every time I use the wordpress database reset plugin, also resets the Betheme registration.... May be is a bug!
