is content padding 30px built into theme?

I had to ad a negative margin to the sidebar to correct this and can't find anywhere that I may have added so wondering if padding of 30px on the #Content is built in?

Thanks for taking a look.. just wanting to fix. Didn't think I should have to add a negative padding in the sidebar

Yes, this option is built it. While you create/edit page, under "Page options" section you have "Content | Remove padding" option.
