Plug-In Install Fail

Hello!

I have bought BeTheme for www.theozeffect.com.  The Layer Slider, Revolution Slider, WP Bakery, and BeTheme Header Builder plug-ins will not install. The error message reads: 
The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
