Create an Anchor to be used

Hello there.

Please assist - I have a button on a page "Book Program 5", which needs to be linked to another page - the position of the target-section is on another page a the middle of the other page  eg Heading "Program Details and Booking for Program 5" - how do I create an link from one object eg button to another object eg Heading?   (This is not anchors for menus, I'm referring to)

You have to provide full link with anchor to that element on your button url.

I mean, https://yourwebsite.com/desiredPage/#target
