System crops images in the single post incorrectly

System crops images in the single post, but my options is the followings:

Theme Options->Blog, Portfolio & Shop-Featured Image->Single Post & Single Portfolio->Crop=RESIZE

For instance http://td.m9.by/2019/05/14/sigma-profile-%D1%81-%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B0%D0%BA%D1%82%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%BC-%D1%81%D0%B8%D0%BD%D1%85%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%BC-%D0%B4%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B3%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B5/

I mean I would not crop images, resize only.

However for bloge page it works good http://td.m9.by/news/

To change the size of the images used in portfolio/blog, please navigate
to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image

Notice!
Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.

How launch  "thumbnail regeneration" ?

Hey,

go to betheme>install plugins. Install and activate the plugin, as shown here: http://prntscr.com/nppsd0

The plugin will be in wordpress>tools, just click the "run" button and it will all be resized.

You have to do it each time you resize the images.
