Hi There,

I can't seem to get one of my columns in the BeTheme Company 3 Template to align with the others. If you go to the site https://senecalpr.com you will see that there is a ghost extension on the third column titled Multi-Platform Writing.

Okay I can make the first issue go away by making the image smaller, but now no matter how large a file I use, I cannot get the silhouette image to be as large as the others.

The backend of the clients page doesn't show anything other than boxes with a divider column and a heading and description column so I can't edit anything that shows up in the portfolio section. I can edit some stuff on the individual portfolio item pages, but not the page as a whole. https://senecalpr.com/clients/

Hello,

can you show us on screenshots what do you exactly mean? We are not sure what is it that you want to do.

The clients page is set as a protfolio page, so the page would be loading those boxes as the portfolio.

You can change settins in theme options.

Sent it May 16. And again just now. Also, how do I enlarge icons? They way you've got the backend set up for this theme has all of the content shortcode in a box so instead of being able to regularly add things like an icon, I have to add the code. The user documentation shows the code for adding an icon, but now how to make it bigger.

Is there a way to make it so that the portfolio items only show up on the press page and not also on the clients page? I cloned one of those pages to make the other but now I can't get rid of the portfolio items.

Still waiting for login credentials, but let me answer your another questions.

1) The icon size can be increased only with the Custom CSSes.

2) You're talking about the "Equal Height of Wraps"

The equal height of wraps is used to position elements on: top, middle or bottom in wraps. In order to achieve this you need to:
1. Edit your page, and go to the muffin builder. Edit a section and under the advanced>style select 'equal height of wraps'. See screens:

2. Now edit each wrap in that section and set the desired vertical align(top, middle or bottom). See screens:

3) Check in Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio and check if you didn't assigned that page as a main page of portfolio.

Also, check in the Muffin Builder if you didn't insert a portfolio item there.

I got only the login and password to your page.

That's why I asked you about the problem, because I cloned your clients page and I was able to change titles and add new items as you asked on the beginning of the problem.

About increasing icons, you can do it with the simple css, but I'm not sure if this is the problem.

Please explain your problems once more, it will make the problem resolved faster and it will be easy for me to understand what you want to achieve.

Sorry, but these login credentials you provided are not working.

But, let customize it here, as I know what I have to do for you it's really helpful.

So, as I can see, you created these boxes with suitcase icon in column item, it makes it really easier.

So, if you provided the icon with html code <i class="icon-suitcase"></i>, you can increase the size of it with custom inlined css code.

How? Just provide the style and parameter.

Okay, we got your questions now.

1) I do not understand.

You have a lot of items in the Muffin Builder at the "Clients" page and it's normal behavior that they are on the top of the content.

2) It's hard-coded in the theme code.

It cannot be easily changed, you would have to edit theme fles to achieve that.

But we do not help in this kind of customizations.

3) This tip I sent you before is working.

And what about the fourth box column on the home page? Sorry, but you did not answer that question at all. The words "destination development" should be centered in the box, but they are extending outside of it.

They are centered already, but they does not have space to fit in there, you applied a lot of padding there so you could decrease it a little bit.

After that, everything will be okay.
