Configurar o Widget Newsletter com o Mailchimp

Hi,

I can not get the Newsletter up and running on my site's Footer Widget.
I already created the account in Mailchimp and also created the list.
In the Wordpress dashboard, I already logged in to Mailchimp, I chose the list and then it suggests that I create the form, but I want to use the form as it is in your original template: https://prnt.sc/nq0hoq
Right now what I have on my site is this: https://prnt.sc/nq0i5j
When editing the footer Widget, I notice that there is this code: [mc4wp_form]
But I do not understand how to edit this form and how to get the Newsletter working, as it is in the original theme.

I look forward to your help.

Best Regards,
Paulo

  • Hi,
Follow that documentation to learn how to create a properly working newsletter

Also, check if that form exists in the mailchimp, if it's not, then it will not be working.
Be sure that you're using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
    Thanks
  • Hi Pablo,

Before I was using the wrong plugin. Now I've installed the ... / mailchimp-for-wp /.

But now the question is how do I make the same form as the original theme, which you can see here: https://prnt.sc/nq0hoq

This form you have done is very simple, very beautiful and elegant and I want to do the same. Can you help me?

    Best Regards,
    Paulo
  • Hi Pablo,

I've already managed to do something like the original theme, but the button goes to the bottom line: https://prnt.sc/nq7djs

This is the code I have:
    <p>
<input type = "email" name = "EMAIL" placeholder = "Your email" required />
    <input type = "submit" value = "Ok" />
    </ p>

How can I put the button at the end of the email field, as it is on your original theme?

    I await your help!

    Best Regards,
    Paulo
  • We cannot send a HTML structure of any demo, that's why all I can suggest is creating a subdomain, installing the wp and betheme with the same license key.
You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.

Then install that pre-built website once more and check how it was made.
    Thanks

    Hi Pablo,

When we reinstall the pre-built website we chose, as it did the first time, your system asks you to install MailChimp instead of MailChimp for WP:

After completing the installation, as expected, the field of the Newsletter was exactly as it was before when I sent you the first ticket:

As you know I installed the plugin suggested by you, mailchimp-for-wp, the Newsletter is already configured and working, but the button is badly in the layout: https://prnt.sc/nrcv0l

The goal is for the "Ok" button to be at the end of the E-mail field, on the same line, as in your original template:

As you can see in this link above, your original template also has a color in the frame and a lighter background color that we would like to have.

Here's the dashboard access data for the website:

I've already wasted too much time on this problem, thank you for helping me solve it!

We urgently need to resolve this problem because the website is already online!

    I await your help!

    Best Regards,
    Paulo
  • I was on your website and i pasted the html code of that form instead of the old form.
    It works now fine.

    Thanks
  • Hi,

Okay, it's great. Thank you very much for your quick reply!

Just one more question, we are using the shop system of this tempalte, but we will not have stocks nor allow purchases through the website.
Do we have to keep the WooCommerce plug-in installed or can we delete it?

    Best Regards,
    Paulo
  • If you're not using any features which are coming straight from WooCommerce then you can remove it.
    Thanks
  • Ok, thanks
