Theme customization is not saving/storing

Hi,

These days whenever I tried make any small changes to my registered betheme, it is showing an error and nothing is happening. And suddenly the color of my menus has been changed and I can't change it now because of that error.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about some logs.

He should recognize the problem and told you what can be the problem.

Also, please send us what he told, it will be really helpful for us.

Hi,

There is no problem found in hosting and we have checked the log. Suddenly the CSS we have customized all are disappeared and not taking any submission now.

yes, I need help.

The problem remains same. I have just bought another betheme licence and creating another site. But the cannot saving the customization such as the font and color etc.

Seeking your urgent help.

My PHP version is 7.3 and WP version is 5.2.2
