How can i use a image to cover all of a half wrap ? (with any size screen)

I have a trouble with my photo. I create two Wraps (1/2 & 1/2). One with the text "Qui suis-je ? " and one with the photo of myself. As you can see, the photo do not cover all the half block.
Then, how can i cover all the half block with my photo on any size of screen and any devices.
I try to had the image in a block and try with the background image in the wrap but nothing cover all the block. I always see blue in the background.
Can you help me please ? (Sorry for my english)
