Activate smooth scroll

Hello,

I see that in your Minimal 2 theme is activated smooth scrolling. When I installed that prebuilt page, it is not scrolling that way. 

Why is that please?

Hi,

The "Smooth Scroll" feature was abandoned like half year ago.

This plugin was not longer updated and it was making a lot of problems with newer version of theme.

Thats why we remvoed it.
