button movement after clicking

I was wondering if there is a way to make the movement when clicking on a button more like when you click on the navigation or is it the same movement for a button but looks different because the movement is shorter?

When i click on a button the page scrolls down really fast. If I click on the navigation the page scrolls down nicely.
