Hello,

Successfully installed BeTheme and pre-built websites Logisitics2. However receiving 404 error messages for missing images and icons. For example, https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/logistics2/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/logistics2_hero_bg.jpg is missing. 

Totally around 17 images and icons are missing. 

Please let us know if any additional info is needed (address of this site has been posted via private message).

    Hi,
    Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
    It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

    Thank you for your response. Relevant URL's were provided via private message. It appears that someone from Envato did login. However there has been no response to address the issue identified in the message above.

    If there is a link to xml that enables uploading of missing images, please provide that.

    Yes. Multiple form submissions were made via the link referenced for the past 15 days or so.

    As mentioned, we have not received a response via email or this forum regarding successfully accessing the referenced images. Attempting to run "install pre-built website" runs successfully with no errors and yet the images/icons in question are not uploaded.

    Is it not possible to provide a clear set of steps/answer here so we can actually make progress? We are stuck since our purchase.
