Can not update

Hey Betheme-Team,

I have a problem on a website with updating your plugin. Although its registered correct (licence key is only active for this site, checked it via http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/) I can either update or deregister licence key from site dashboard. When trying to update, it says "...package empty". When trying to deregister, it says "Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page: https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup". I don´t know where that came from because the domain is correct under http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/.

If I try it in http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/, it says I must delete all files - but I don´t want to break the current website. 

So what to do now without breaking the site? With nice regards

Hey,

Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Hi Pablo, 

can you please read again my question? Because I stated clearly that I tried exactly what you described but it is not working and when trying to deregister it on the licence manager it says that I have to delete everything regarding your theme - but that would break my site.

Does your domain name start with the letter "W" ? - We had a problems with these domains last time and it could be only deregistered by us straight from database.

Also, did you try to deregister it through the dashboard when all of your plugins are disabled?

Yes also tried that multiple times, not working...yes, domain starts with w

Please send your license key and domain name privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will deregister that license key from your domain.
