Menu not showing up on mobile

When I first started the menu showed up as the bars on the mobile version, now they aren't showing up.  can be viewed at elliottcove.staging.wpengine.com

I do not see that problem, I tested it and I can see the hamburger menu and it's working properly.

Please clear the cache of your browser.
