How to change the color of the menu

I want to change the color of the menu of this theme when i hover the mouse on: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/pizza3/

Where should I set up it?

Can I edit it on Dashboard?

Hi,

Please go to the Theme Options > Colors > Menu

and change the "Active Link color"
