Blog Page not Displaying Correctly

I just moved my site to a new server and updated everything after the move.  When you click on my blog page it displays correctly about every 3 click.  Mainly if you do them quickly.  But the first time or two it's broken and shrinks the entire site in, removes my header info and is in a box.  Please advise what's going on.
