Site padding at the top of every page is excessive and I can't change it!

Please help, I have become lost as to how to remove a site wide padding at the top of every page across the site. Site is currently under construction but located at www.timepiecebuyer.co.uk. you can see the large white-space at the top of every page there. Any advise on how to fix greatly appreciated.

Hey,

can you show us what padding do you mean? We do not see anything out of the ordinary when we browser your website.

Where is this padding you speak of? You can use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to upload a screenshot.
