Deregister Theme

Hi, i need to deregister the theme 65c89733-8eesdfsdfsdfsdfsdf4cf5e826a installed on www.fruttetosantamaria.com because the website is actually offline and i need to remake it, but i can't deregister the theme.

The client don't remember wich mail he use for purchase.

can you deregister this theme?

Hello,

please use this tool to deregister it manually:

Ofcourse the theme itself has to be first removed from the FTP, otherwise if you wont install it the tool wont work.

In that case, you can always login to this website you have currently registered and deregister is manually.

Hi, but if i don't know the emeail or the username, i can't deregister.

Hosting and website are offline because the service are expired, i can't access to FTP or in the wordpress backend panel.

You will have to contant enavto and bring back the username/email because we do not controll those. Enavto market is responsible for purchases, accounts and licenses.

The username should be the same, as the user name on this forum.

If it was bought on a different account then we cannot deregister it because we cannot know who is the owner.
