Visual editor from text block missing

I have multiple bethemes installed on multiple websites, and i've just discovered after an update, that there isnt a "visual" option for the editor of a normal text block anymore. 

On another installment, betheme 21.0.6 it's still there and working. I've added 2 pictures so its easier to understand. 

The first one is the latest version and the second one is the old version in which the editor workds properly. 

I need that, well more precisely my client needs that visual editor and i want to know how can i either re-activate that from some setting somewhere, or roll-back the update to the 21.0.6 version where it works, without messing up all the theme options, pages, inputs etc.
