Slider not appearing in demo

Hi there,

I installed the theme demo and when I preview my site, I get this error message:

Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias store not found.

I installed the theme, then installed the demo beStore, then I installed the plugins and activated them all.

But when I look in Slider Revolution settings, I don't see any pre-built sliders.

What should I do?

Oh, I see now that other things are missing from the demo theme as well... the "for him" and "for her" pages aren't there and there is nothing in the blog...

what should I do?

Hello,

you need to install and activate the plugins before you download the pre-built website. Otherwise this will happen.

so what do I do now that I've messed it up by doing it in the wrong order?? I tried installing the pre-built site again, but nothing happens and the theme doesn't seem to work at all...

As I assume, you don't have any content provided on that page, so we suggest to remove that pre-built website with this video:

Start from second minute (2:00 on video)  - it will explain you how to remove the pre-built website.

Then, install and activate all of the required plugins and after these steps you will be able to install the pre-built website properly.

Ok, I followed that video, which really sucked for this use. It said to install WP Reset and that "we'll use this in a few seconds", but then it never showed him using WP Reset. So, I tried to reset without instructions. I don't know if I did it right. When I tried to reinstall the pre-built site, I got this error message:

Failed to import pa_color Black
Failed to import pa_color Blue
Failed to import pa_color Green

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Hi,

It looks like you're missing one of the plugins.

Be sure that all requirements of the pre-built website are installed and active

1) BeTheme and WP are up to date

2) Your PHP version is 7 or higher

I'm pretty sure I installed all of the plugins last time....

But I just did it again, made sure all plugins were installed. I updated BeTheme before I loaded the pre-built themes. WP is up to date.

I don't know what PHP version is, so don't know how to check that.

Still got this error when I tried to load the pre-built theme:

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

The problem can be related to not enough PHP_Max_Input_Vars value.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing that value to 5000 or higher.

I had them increase the vars value as you asked. But when I try to install the theme again, I get this:

I have also noticed that I'm having trouble with another site. I created a new domain, called discoverypt. I installed betheme, registered it, updated wordpress, installed/activated/updated all plugins. I had my hosting company increase the max input vars value. I even had them increase the PHP time limit, because I noticed this in the betheme dashboard:

On this domain (discoverypt), I didn't get the same error message after insalling the pre-built theme. But instead, the theme loaded in all jumbled without hardly any of the demo content. I installed Medic3 on this particular domain. You can see how it installed here: http://50.116.82.245/~fruitio7/discoverypt/

Something is going wrong. I don't know what to do or how to fix all of this. Betheme used to work so smoothly and perfectly when installing the demo content. I don't know why it's all messed up now??

Hi,

I enabled only necessary plugins like CF7, RevSlider and WooCommerce, then BeStore installed successfully without problems.

It's working fine, I do not see the problem.

I'm trying to install the pre-built demo onto another site and I'm getting the same error message again. I'm following your instructions you wrote above, but keep getting this message:

On which domain these login credentials should work? - you didn't send us a link to the website.

I tested it on these three above and these login credentials are not working on any of them.

Please send them once more with link to the website where this error occur and test the login credentials if they works.

Maybe I did not explain what I am needing very clearly.

I want to install a pre-built theme. I want BeMedic3. When I try to install it on all of the domains listed,

I get an error message. "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

I have followed all of the instructions that you've sent me in order to reinstall the prebuilt theme. I've cleared the database, deactivated the theme and plugins. Then reactivate the theme and 2 plugins (contact form 7 and slider revolution. I try to install the prebuilt theme, but I still get this same error message. 

I'm not concerned about the slider, I'm trying to get the entire pre-built theme to install on my site. Does this make sense? I'm writing in this thread that is focused on the slider only because I seem to be having the same issues that I was having before. But I want the entire theme to install, not just the slider.
