Add button next to Hamburger Menu

Hi, I would like to add a button, visible to mobile users, that is next to the hamburger menu icon.  Is there any easy way of doing this?

the only option to do this, is to use the 'action button'

You will the option to turn it on in theme options>header&subheader>extras
