blog menu not showing

Hi, I'm not sure why I don't have a menu showing on blog posts on my site, housecallpractice.com

Also, there seems to be weird spacing at the top where there should be a top bar, but it's not showing.

Also, for some reason my featured images aren't showing in the related posts element. See on this page:

Hello,

this issue is caused when the user updates the theme while the optimization plugins are active.

Please disable all plugins and clear your browser cache.

Do not use optimization plugins to minify the JS files of the theme.

Hi, I've tried clearing this, but it's still not working. Can you let me know what plugins could be causing the issue or what setting to have on my post?

If you could look at the post example I provided in the comment above and see what settings I need to adjust, that would be helpful.

I turned on the subheader for now. Is there a way to minimize the size of it?

Sorry, I was able to do it. I would still appreciate your help in figuring out what is going on with the post format that it doesn't show anything at the top unless I turn on the subheader.
