How do I go about de-registering an activation code attached to a domain that I do not own anymore?

Also, I have deregistered this and still cannot use on a new build! Not impressed. Once deregestered it still will not allow you to use it, even after deleting the BeTheme folder. Waste of time! You cannot speak to support because they would rather use a forum and let other people answer the questions for them!
