I noticed, that you use theme skin.

If you set some kind of "Theme Skin" other than "Custom Skin" (for example. blue) in Theme Options > Colors > General

http://prntscr.com/o0b8k5 then you will not be able to change colors of other elements.

That's because "Theme Skins" are predefined colors.

Ok, yes, i am using "Green"

I do not want to change anything, just want to make text visible. If that is default color, it is wrong, we can not read it.

Is there a way change just that text color?

Or config "Custom Skin" as "Green" is, with that little modification?

That's not the default color of "Green" color template.

You've made the Custom CSS code to change that and that's why it's really not visible.

Please remove that CSS code and everything will be okay.
