Cannot update WPBakery Pge Builder plugin - there is no option BeTheme -> Install plugins

Hi,

I cannot update WPBakery Pge Builder plugin - there is no option BeTheme -> Install plugins on 1 of the installations.

When i try to manually access wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-plugins it says: "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

On 3 other installations I can see "Install plugins" option in BeTheme menu section...

Any hints?

Hi,

1) Is your PHP version 7?

2) Is your theme and wp up to date?

3) Does your user has the admin rights?

4) Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.
