Home page not refreshing

Dear Support,

We have a site (www.sparking.eu), and we make that 2 weeks. Everything was fine until today morning (UTC+2). 

I update the revolution slider (change URL on video section), and some page details (button url, content, footer content, etc, but no new section or thing) but not updated on frontend. (i see the change the editors mode, but after logout i cant see) 

(I tried everything (delete cookies, restart computer, check other computer via other ip adress, but nothing))

Could you help me please?

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Also, you could ask your hosting provider, if your server is not using any cache-holding plugin

Hi, I tried everything, but not working.

I have speaking the hosting provider all day long, and they haven't got any issue. 

Our hosting environment is NGINX system.

Could you check our site please?
