i used your template for pirker-partner.at 

now I create a News/Blog.. 

My question is how i can manage it that the post URL would look like pirker-partner.at/news/POST-NAME

Now it is like pirker-parnter.at/POST-NAME

to do this, you must setup custom permalinks under Settings > Permalinks section.
