Portfolio page tweaks - Remove icons on hover, and have the entire image be a link

On the existing portfolio page, I'd like to hide the magnifying glass and link icons on hover, and instead have the entire image be clickable. How can I do this?

Hi,

To hide the Magnifying Glass and other icons on hover, please paste that code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

.hover-desc .links-wrappper{
	display:none !important;
}

But, it's not possible to make entire image be clickable.

It's hard-coded in our theme and it is only possible by editing theme files, which unfortunately we do not support.

For the portfolio items, it looks like the featured image is in a lightbox format and is clickable. Is there a way to disable that? http://ncmliving.wpengine.com/portfolio-item/3033-26th-ave-w/

I've also discovered and issue where different portfolio items are displaying differently. In this case, all of the content is similar, both have a featured image, but one has a lightbox heading and the other doesn't.

It will hide the links on the bottom on hover.

I've noticed that some portfolio items have extra spacing, but I've made sure all of the top padding in muffin builder is 0.

Extra spacing - http://ncmliving.wpengine.com/portfolio-item/2655-38th-ave-w/

How can I remove that extra spacing on those portfolio items so everything is the same?

It will be not equal because one of the portfolio items has featured image inserted and removed the content padding (which can be turned on while editing the portfolio item)

Can you check again? All of those portfolio items are the same, all have featured images, and all of them have the remove padding switch enabled.

I'm still not sure why some portfolio items have that extra space at the top, I just need everything to be the same.
