How to hide this div on about page?

If you scroll to the bottom, there is a dark block that's part of the theme I used that contains a phone number and email. I cannot for the life of me find in in the theme options where I can remove this. Any ideas?

It's in the Muffin Builder, just edit your page and look at the last section(or one before last).

There you will be able to edit it.
