I can't update from betheme 20.9.1 to 21.2.3

Hi guys,

I tried multiple times to update from betheme 20.9.1 to 21.2.3 without success.


Either from the Betheme Panel, of theme update within WP, no chance

Mise à jour du thème Betheme (1/1)

stay like this for a while, then go to maintenance page for few minutes, siteweb shutdown, and then come back to life ...

can you help?

    Hi,
    Please change your WP User language to English and turn the update again.
    If the error message will appear, make a screenshot, upload it on https://prnt.sc and post it in your next reply

    I do not understand that language you sent and it's very problematic to translate that error message.
