Issues after update with saving to options and mega menu

Hello we cant save to the theme options as it goes to a 403 after attempting to save.

We have checked the forums and have changed the php_value max_input_vars to be 10000 and have confirmed this with the host.

We are using PHP 7.2

We did try to reset the theme options and disabled all plugins but that did not work either.  If we try to save the options or reset the options the page goes to a 403 page, saving pages on the site works fine, its just the Be theme options that we cant save.

Also within the menu items we cant see the mega menu option anymore and when saving the menu it save it incorrectly.

Could you please assist us in fixing this issue please.

1) Please send a link to your website

2) Be sure that your BeTheme, WP and all of the plugins are up to date

3) Please go to the Settings > Permalinks, change the Common Settings to other and try to save your theme options.

Hello, Be theme and plugins are updated.

We changed the permalinks as per screenshot and it did not work sorry.

The problem is not related to the theme at all.

It looks like the problem is about missing some rights on your server.

You should contact your hosting provider.

He should recognize the problem after looking at the logs.

Thank you, this has just happened so must have been a recent update, I will contact them and let you know if any issues.

Thank you.  The host has found that a Modsec Rule was causing the 403, its now been fixed.

The issue of the Mega Menu still remains though, the option is just not within the menu items anymore after the update, we have for the time being disabled the mega menu option so the menu operates as it was showing VC code as the links.

So, do you need some further help with mega menu?

What is the problem exactly? If you want to insert some stuff from VC as shortcodes then it will not gonna work.

Mega Menu allows to insert links and images only, not shortcodes.

The option that allows you to activate mega menu within the menu items has disappeared.

Please disable all plugins and make sure the theme is up to date.

This issue is always a plugin fault.
