Whenever I try to change the colors in the menu, it doesn't change.

Hi,

Colors are not changing because you turned on the "One Color Skin" which will take only the color from "One Color" settings, all other will be dark/white.

Change that value to "Custom Skin", then you will be able to change all of the colors.

Be sure that you don't have ticked on the "Top Bar with menu" option.

It's in the Theme Options > Global > General

Then, you will be able to change the color of menu in the Theme Options > Colors > Header

Change the "Top Bar Left" background.

Yes, it is a little bit transparent when menu is sticky.

In this case, we have to use the CSS to prevent it.

Paste the code in the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

#Top_bar.is-sticky{
  opacity:1 !important;
  background:white !important;
}
