If you'll install the pre-built website when you already installed other pre-built website, then all of your settings will be overwritten and pages cloned.
We suggest you, to create the subdomain and install there wp and betheme with the same license key.
You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
Then, install this pre-built website and use the "Import/Export" tool
