Slider on top of page

Hi,

How can I get the slider on top of the page like it is here: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/profile/

When I use the short code as described by pasting the slider's shortcode [rev_slider alias="profile"] into page's main content area, the slider is at the bottom of the page. Why?

Hi,

To display the slider on the top, in the header - you have to edit the page and find the "Slider | Revolution Slider" dropdown menu and select your desired slider.

Yes, but there is nothing to choose although there are silders created (see attachments)

How can I post an image as attachment here?

You have to upload it on some hosting, like https://prnt.sc and send a link to this image in your reply.

If you don't see any sliders and you are sure that you have some of them, please disable all of the plugins(leave the revolution slider turned on only), clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still remains.

The silder is always on the bottom it is not possible to get it on the top...

But I can create the slider only in Bakery Builder. When I am in Wordpress Dashboard, there is no slider chooseable as you described. See screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/o3v49w and here https://prnt.sc/o3v4ul But the plugin is active: https://prnt.sc/o3v5eo

I just want to to be on top like it is in demo BeProfile. I imported the demo, but suddenly the slider was not there anymore although I did not change anything but changing the logo.

Can you help here?

Can you check if the issue still occure if you disable all of the plugins? (Turn On only the RevSlider)

I have another question, is your WP and BeTheme up to date?

Also, is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Hi,

yes, BeTheme is up to date, Wordpress is 5.2.2 and PHP is 7.2

I have Wordpress Mulitsite so the plugins are activated for the whole network and I cannot deactivate them, cause the other sites need them as well.

But since I installed BeTheme I get this error message:

I found the problem to fix that warning message online at: https://codecanyon.net/item/master-slider-wordpress-responsive-touch-slider/7467925/comments. There it is written that file

wp-content/plugins/masterslide/admin/includes/classes/class-axiom-plugin-updater.php

must be changed

FROM:

public function download_package( $package ) {

TO:

public function download_package( $package, $check_signatures = false ) {

So, but the first problem with slider still occurs. As you can see in my screenshots (see message above) I cannot choose any option on page: https://prnt.sc/o3v49w

The slider plugin is active and everything is up to date.

As you can see here: https://prnt.sc/o403rh I chose the right slider and it is located over all other elements. But on the frontend the slider image is located on the bottom instead of the top. See: https://websites.iom-agency.com/

How to fix that? The slider should be on top as it is in your pre-built theme "BeProfile"
