Header Sticky Not Functioning!

So i have the options set properly but the header is not sticky. the url is : www.ohioenergysupplier.com

As you can see, i have split menu header with STICKY option on. But it doesnt stick. When i change header styles, ex classic, it does the same. Sticky option not working, any help? I love when my menu scrolls with user. What should i do?

Also just noticed, changing the STICKY HEADER color from white to dark, doesn't appear to function as well.

please turn off all your plugins and custom css and check if this will help.
