Hi,

5th project now but struggling with ridiculous problems.

active link background just does not seem to work.

Own skin is active.

Well .. I think I found the culprit. I used the layout "Stack: left".

As soon as I change to e.g. "Plain" the background color is beeing shown. Nevertheless other layouts also refuse to show the background color. Can you please fix this?

Hello Eric,

as you can see below the 'active background' color, there is a note saying that the background works only for the 'plain' header style. You can choose it in theme options>header&subheader>header

Also, it works for the menu highlight option, which you can choose from theme options>menu&action bar>menu

This custom css might help you, just the background color for the menu item:

@media(min-width:1240px){#Top_bar .menu > li > a:hover span { background:blue !important; }}

Unluckily the responsive menu now does not look that good anymore.

Also I could not find a way to set an active state as well.
